Who Are WeAt Senior Health Group our focus is on providing comprehensive health-care services to the aging. We offer assisted-living and skilled nursing care, hospice, home care, and operations management. Our service providers include doctors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, home health aids, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. The term “health care” refers to the management, prevention, and treatment of physical or mental illness. There are many different facilities providing varying degrees of care where one may receive these health-care services. Senior Health Group is uniquely qualified to meet the needs of the elderly because we are experts in all aspects of geriatric health-care delivery. We provide compassionate care to patients at home, in nursing and assisted-living facilities, and in hospitals. We are constantly expanding patient-care services to accommodate new needs, and increasing our expertise through continuing education and collaboration with outside health-care providers. Organizational StrengthA solid organizational structure, built upon the foundation of sound business principles, is critical to the success of any company. We are dedicated to building a stable company, capable of achieving not only its short-term goals, but of sustaining desired outcomes long-term. One of the business principles upon which Senior Health Group is founded is responsibility to our patients and their families. We will offer comprehensive health care to our patients and supportive services to their loved ones, both through our direct services and through efforts to improve geriatric health care within the community. Market InfluenceIn today's global medical world, the responsibility to provide long-term sustainable health-care solutions for the elderly is greater than ever before. It is important to address these complex health-care issues, and Senior Health Group is dedicated to creating balanced communities within the health-care system where all interested parties (state agencies, doctors, nurses, patients, caregivers, family members, spiritual leaders, etc.) collaborate to achieve desired outcomes. We will build these balanced communities through a patient-centric approach in which all aspects of the patient's environment, and all resources available to him or her, are considered and utilized as appropriate. The Six Imperatives (see sidebar) describe a network of interdependent variables that must all function in unison to provide a full and positive health-care experience for the elderly.
